So, you have a new website design and you are all set, right? Did you consider your other marketing materials? What I mean is, did you consider taking that design and making it match the other materials that you will use to market your business? Banners, banner stands, brochures, postcards, business cards, etc. are all used to market your business when a potential client isn’t online.
For example, last year, I redesigned Forrest Hall Farm’s website. The site they had was extremely out dated and really needed a face lift! They had a mailing list in the store, but they didn’t have an online mailing list to update their fans. Their mailing list gains 8-10 new local subscribers every week!
Much different right? Well, they also had a brochure that was out of date, and they wanted to give it a face lift as well. I don’t have the before option to share with you, but I do have what I designed. The consistent graphics, photographs, and message carry from the site to the brochure. Now, when someone sees the brochure in print at various locations and decides to visit them online for more information, there will be no question that they arrived at the right place. Previously, they had a three panel brochure, but this time we got a four panel, accordion style brochure because there was so much information to include.
